Discreet packaging
Everything ships in a plain, unbranded satchel. There is no mention of vaping or nicotine on the outside of the parcel, and the sender name on the label is neutral.
Where we deliver
Every state and territory: NSW (New South Wales), VIC (Victoria), QLD (Queensland), WA (Western Australia), SA (South Australia), TAS (Tasmania), ACT (Australian Capital Territory), NT (Northern Territory). Remote and regional addresses may add a couple of days to standard post.

Delivery problems
If tracking has not updated for five business days, email orders@igetsbaraus.com with your order reference and we will chase the carrier or resend the order at our cost.
Tracking your order
You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. You can also check the live status any time from the link in your confirmation email, or on our order tracking page.
