1. Who we are

This site is operated by IGET Bar AUS. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or purchase from it. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over. We may request proof of age at any point and may cancel and refund any order where age cannot be confirmed. Supplying these products to a minor is an offence.

3. Products and nicotine

Unless a product is explicitly listed as nicotine free, it contains nicotine — an addictive chemical. Vaping is not risk-free and is not a proven smoking-cessation aid. Do not use these products if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have a heart or respiratory condition. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Nicotine vaping products are regulated in Australia. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and possession comply with the laws of your state or territory.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Our minimum order is $100.00. We accept PayID, bank transfer and crypto. A 15% discount applies to orders paid in crypto and is shown before you confirm.

Every order total is recalculated on our server from our own catalogue at the moment you submit it. If a price shown in your browser is out of date, the server figure applies and you will see it before payment completes.

5. Orders and stock

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If an item sells out between your order and dispatch we will contact you to substitute, hold or refund that line.

6. Delivery

Delivery times on our shipping page are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit we will resend or refund it — see the delivery page for how we handle that.

7. Returns

Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened or used devices. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. We do not exclude any guarantee, condition or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the version that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
