IGET Bar Not Working? 9 Fixes to Try Before You Bin It
Most “dead” IGET Bars are not dead. The three most common causes are a blocked mouthpiece, a flat battery on a rechargeable model, and the auto-draw sensor not triggering because the draw is too gentle. Work through the list below in order — it is arranged from most to least likely, and the first four fix the large majority of cases.
1–4: The Fixes That Solve Most Faults
1. Check for a blinking light. On most IGET models a light that blinks repeatedly and then stops means the battery is flat or the device is finished. On a Bar Pro, One, Moon or Bar Plus S3, plug in USB-C and give it twenty minutes.
2. Draw harder, then softer. Auto-draw sensors have a trigger threshold. A short, sharp pull wakes a sensor that a gentle one will not. If it fires but tastes thin, the opposite applies — slow down.
3. Clear the mouthpiece. Condensed e-liquid and lint block airflow more often than anything else. Blow firmly into the mouthpiece over a tissue, do not suck.
4. Check for a sticker or plug. New devices ship with a sticker over the base airflow hole. Airflow blocked there means no draw at all, and it is easy to miss.
5–9: Less Common Causes
5. Let it warm up. A device left in a cold car thickens its e-liquid. Twenty minutes at room temperature fixes it.
6. Tap out flooding. Gurgling and a wet mouthpiece means liquid has pooled in the chimney. Tap the mouthpiece downward on a tissue a few times.
7. On a pod device, reseat the pod. Pull the pod out, wipe the contacts dry, click it back in. Poor contact is the most common Bar Plus S3 pod fault by a distance.
8. Try a different charger. Fast chargers and laptop ports sometimes fail to negotiate. A standard 5V phone charger is the most reliable option.
9. Rest it. Chain-vaping trips thermal protection on some devices. Five minutes off usually restores normal output.
Burnt Taste Is a Different Problem
If the device fires but tastes burnt, the coil is dry — that is not a fault to troubleshoot, it is a signal. On a sealed disposable it usually means the e-liquid is finished, even if the device still fires. On a pod system it usually means you vaped a fresh pod before the wick had saturated. Let a new pod sit for a full minute after clicking it in.
A burnt coil does not recover. Once the taste is there it stays.

What does it mean when my IGET Bar blinks?
A repeated blink usually means the battery is flat or the device has reached the end of its life. On rechargeable models, charge it over USB-C for twenty minutes.
Why does my IGET Bar taste burnt?
The coil is running dry. On a sealed disposable that normally means the e-liquid is finished; on a pod device it means the wick had not saturated before you vaped it.
Can you fix a dead disposable vape?
Sometimes. Clearing the mouthpiece, warming the device and tapping out pooled liquid recover a lot of them. A genuinely flat sealed device cannot be revived.
